Whether you’re attending your very first yoga class or you have a ton of experience, at Wild you’ll discover a welcoming community of like-minded individuals.

Our signature Flow class is built on dynamic vinyasa sequencing and offers a medium to high-intensity practice. Blending yoga philosophy with mobility and strength, this class invites you to connect breath and movement in a powerful way.
No two classes are ever the same—each teacher brings their own creativity—yet you can always expect an energising, fluid practice that feels both grounding and uplifting. Think of it as a moving meditation: strong, spacious, and deeply connecting.
Wild Flow
Wild Explore
A little wilder than our typical flow class. This is for yogis wanting to explore their personal practice and boundaries. An opportunity to dive deeper and play with advanced yoga concepts and challenging poses in a safe space. A slightly longer class offers more time to explore your practice in this fun and flowing class.

Wild Tame
A little less wild than our Flow class, this offering is a slower-paced Vinyasa designed to help you find balance — both physically and mentally.
This is a beautiful class for beginners, or for anyone wanting to move with a little more space and intention. The pace allows time to understand transitions, build confidence and connect breath to movement without feeling rushed.
Rooted in the yin–yang relationship, the class explores the balance between strength and softness, effort and ease. While it can still be strong and dynamic at times, there is a consistent focus on unwinding, resetting and creating steadiness in the nervous system.
Wild Tame + Myofascial Release
Wild Tame blends gentle, mindful movement with targeted myofascial release techniques using props such as rollers and therapy balls. This class is designed to help release stored tension, improve mobility and support the body’s natural recovery processes.
The pace is intentionally slow, giving you time to settle into shapes, explore sensation and truly unwind. Through sustained pressure and breath awareness, we work with the fascia — the connective tissue that holds and supports the body — encouraging hydration, elasticity and ease.
This is an ideal class for beginners, those managing tightness or stress, or anyone needing a nervous system reset. There’s no rush, no expectation — just space to soften, breathe and reconnect.

Wild Pilates
Wild Pilates focuses on the heart of the pilates method, mat-work. Pilates mat-work uses body weight to create a dynamic, full body workout that allows flow and rehabilitative movement to condition the body to perform and feel it’s best.
This class involve precise, well-controlled movement for the entire body focusing on building strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Pilates helps correct muscle imbalances and improve posture and spinal health.
Wild Earth
This is our slow and grounded class, featuring less poses and longer holds. Following a yin or restorative framework, our earth class is designed to balance and restore the body’s natural, healing ability. Floor poses are held for 4-8 minutes at a time, increasing flexibility and mobility, reducing stress and anxiety, and opening the fascia to promote circulation. Designed to help you slow down, this class is ideal for active people and suits all levels of experience.

Our prenatal class for expectant mummas. This class is an opportunity for mummas to connect with their pregnancy journey and experience. Ideal for exploring a sense of surrender and strength, tapping into each expectant mother’s subconscious wisdom. Connecting with other women, this class offers a nourishing and therapeutic space to cultivate community and confidence.

Wild Ashtanga
A strong, structured and traditional practice rooted in the rhythm of breath and repetition.
Our Ashtanga class follows the foundational sequence of the Primary Series, linking movement to breath in a steady, disciplined flow. Expect a consistent structure — sun salutations, standing sequence, seated postures and finishing poses — allowing you to build familiarity, strength and depth over time.
This practice is dynamic and physically challenging, generating internal heat while cultivating focus and resilience. The repetition is intentional; it creates space to refine, observe progress and deepen awareness.
While strong, Ashtanga is not about performance — it’s about commitment. It invites patience, humility and steady effort.
Suitable for those who enjoy a more traditional and consistent approach, and for anyone wanting to build strength, stamina and mental clarity through a time-tested method.

Wild Community
Our free Community Class is an open, welcoming space designed to make yoga accessible to all.
Taught by our newer teachers as they step into their teaching journey, this class is rooted in growth, connection and shared experience. It’s a beautiful opportunity for teachers to refine their voice and for students to support the next generation of guides.
Expect a thoughtful, well-prepared class suitable for most levels, with options offered throughout. The pace and style may vary week to week — which is part of the magic — but the intention is always the same: to create a safe, supportive and inclusive space to move and breathe together.
This class is perfect for beginners, curious newcomers, or anyone wanting to practise in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
