Our 200-hour foundational training is a comprehensive journey into the art and science of yoga. The course is structured to give you both breadth and depth, weaving together the key elements needed to step into teaching with clarity and confidence. By the end of the training, you’ll be able to design and deliver thoughtful, well-structured yoga classes that are both safe and empowering. You’ll have the skills to design and deliver thoughtful, safe, and adaptable classes—meeting students where they are, and offering practices at a variety of levels and intensities.
Our foundational 200-hour program is a Yoga Alliance Certified training and journey into the heart of yoga. Over several months, you’ll explore:
